FannMountains.com is an independent guide to the Fann Mountains of western Tajikistan: the Seven Lakes, Iskanderkul, the Kulikalon and Alauddin lakes, and the tours that reach them from Samarkand and Dushanbe. We are not a tour operator, a government office or GetYourGuide, and the site name describes the place we write about rather than a business.

Facts here are checked against the operators' own listings on GetYourGuide (including recent guest reviews), the UK government's travel advice, and published sources on the lakes and peaks. Prices, routes and entry rules change; when a listing and this page disagree, the listing at checkout wins.
